The Benefits Chamomile
Chamomile is a calming herb that reduces stress. Drink chamomile tea to help ease headaches, as well as stomach discomfort and to aid digestion.
Chamomile has a soothing effect that is helpful when you are experiencing anxiety, and it can also help to calm a busy mind before sleep.
Chamomile tea can also be applied externally, to treat burns, skin infections, and haemorrhoids.
Pukka tea makes a “relax” blend of tea bags containing Chamomile, Fennel and Marshmallow Root, it tastes great, and is available from most health food shops. Chamomile tea is also available at most Supermarkets.
Chamomile Essential Oil can be added to massage oil to help sooth sore muscles, or place several drops with water in an aromatherapy burner to help relax after a busy day.
