If you’re having trouble sleeping, try adding several drops of Lavender essential oil to your aromatherapy burner and place it on the bedside table. Lavender is an ideal essential oil for peace and calm, allowing for relaxation and restful sleep.

Lavender can help to relieve headaches, tension and anxiety. The oil can be added to bath water for a relaxing bath.

When added to massage oil, it soothes muscle aches and reduces swelling.
